LOCAL CUSTOMERS

  • Local Ordinary Mail: Flat rate HK$10 –-> Limited for order below HK$300 and weight not exceeding 300g (include packaging). Please refer to (Shipping Method 1.) for details.
  • Local CourierPost: Please refer to (Shipping Methond 2.) for details.
  • Free delivery for order above HK$800 (Limited to one delivery point only)

  • Postage fee is calculated by the total actual product weight + packaging, based on postage and weight limit set by Hong Kong General Post Office.

For every additional 1kg (rounded up to the nearest kg), HK$10 will be required.

Weight Limit Areas

Areas include Tuen Mun industrial area, Yuen Long Industrial Estate, Tung Tau industrial area and On Lok Tsuen in Fanling, weight limit for each item is 2kg. Weight limit for other areas is 5kg per item.
  • Service areas covered by Local CourierPost (Standard Service)
    • Hong Kong Island
    • Kowloon Peninsula: east to Yau Tong, south to Tsim Sha Tsui, west to Mei Foo, north to Lion Rock
    • Major areas in New Territories A: Tseung Kwan O, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung, Tsing Yi, Shatin and Tai Po
    • Major areas in New Territories B: Tuen Mun industrial area, Yuen Long Industrial Estate, Tung Tau industrial area and On Lok Tsuen in Fanling
  • If an item is destined for a location outside the service areas, the Local CourierPost delivery standard will not be followed, and the delivery time will be similar to that for ordinary mail.
  • Mail can be tracked online via Mail Tracking Page of Hong Kong General Post Office.

Please email us the bank remittance advice to info@greennest.hk or inform us by phone (852) 6898-2370 once the payment has been done.  Upon receipt of the payment, we will contact you and arrange for delivery.

* Order will not be processed if payment is not received within 3 business days.  Under such circumstances, we will inform client via phone or email to clarify.

RETURN POLICY

  • Customers are required to check all delivered goods immediately upon arrival to ensure all goods are in good condition.
  • No exchange or return will be entertained after 3 working days upon goods received.  We are unable to offer refund or exchange for any goods with packaging that have been opened or damaged by human negligence as well as for discounted and promotional items.

In case of any disputes, Green Nest reserves the right to make the final decision.
